Embodied Learning Labs

Embodied Learning is developed with Daniel Proietto and Know Nation as a central artistic and methodological force in the programme. Through movement, attention, and relational exercises, participants explore how the body understands space before it becomes language, drawing, or design. The work asks a simple but fundamental question: how do we become aware of ourselves, of others, and of the spaces between us? In Rethinking Rebuilding, this embodied approach becomes part of the civic method. It supports learning, dialogue, and cooperation by helping participants sense trust, distance, orientation, and presence — not as abstract ideas, but as lived experience.
